We had a stellar experience from start to finish! We have some rather high up windows at the front of our house and were looking for both privacy from those outside being able to look into our upstairs area as well as the benefit of shade for cooling and heating purposes. We wanted to use a local business and came across Home Town Window Coverings when doing a quick search. Grady was fantastic. He took the time to understand my goals and then came over to show me blind options, colors as well as take measurements. The remote controlled blinds were ordered and arrived ahead of when we thought they would get here. He then came over and had them installed for us within 3 or 4 days from letting us know they arrived and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. If we need to add or replace blinds in the future, we will be working with Home Town Window Coverings again!

Hometown has great customer service. They came back about a year after installing vertical cellular shades on my sliding door and made some adjustments to move them over a few inches. They are always responsive and very easy to schedule. And the window coverings they offer are great quality and a good value. Grady and David come by to look at a upstairs opening in a stairwell. Not exactly a window covering, more of a way to control temperature between upstairs and downstairs. Grady knew exactly what i was after and suggested a remote controlled Baffled Alta covering. Spent alot of time explaining the product after measuring. Order came in the time frame promised (2 Weeks). Grady and David did the install quickly and professionally. Really pleased with the product and service!!
